DeBoles Multi Grain Pasta

DeBoles has a new pasta out – a multi grain penne.  I can’t even find the product listed on their website.

To me, it tastes just as good as their rice pastas.  We had it tonight as mac ‘n cheese with hot dogs (Andy’s idea).  It didn’t get mushy, and it held up pretty well to the (freakish) stirring (my cheese was being obstinate).

Look for it in an olive green box.  It clearly has “GLUTEN FREE” on it, just like the rice pastas.

Ingredients: whole grain brown rice flour, white rice flour, rice bran, organic amaranth flour, organic quinoa flour, vitamin & mineral mix (niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid).
