Delightfully Gluten Free (TM)

Ian’s GF Chocolate Covered Wafer Bites

Someone…take..this…bag…away…from…me…

Too late.

The lonely, empty bag…

My diet just flew out the window (actually, I lean more toward a (generally) healthy eating lifestyle).  These were just really good.  And I ate them at the computer while watching CSS tutorials – not a good combination.

Ian’s recently sent me a package of their new Chocolate Covered Wafer Bites to test out.  Obviously, I really liked them.  I am ashamed to admit that I did not share them with anyone else.  In my defense, I ate them (on two occasions) when I was alone.

I think they need a warning label: “Dangerous: May cause addictive behaviors.”

But then, I really like wafer cookies.  This wafer is crispy (but not thick-crispy), with a thin chocolate filling.  The chocolate coating tastes like milk chocolate, though it has no milk or casein.  They are also egg-free (that’s the corner that is torn in the picture).

I just read the back of the bag – it looks like Ian’s knew what I would do.  “The 5oz bag makes Ian’s Wheat Free/Gluten Free Chocolate Covered Wafer Bites great for sharing, but we won’t blame you if you want to keep them all to yourself!”

Phew.  Thank you, Ian’s, for not judging me in my weakness.
