Delightfully Gluten Free (TM)

Wolfgang Puck Signature Tortilla Soup and Coupon

Canned soup is generally relegated to the “I only eat when I’m sick” category, because they’re just generally not that tasty, in my opinion.

But when I tasted Wolfgang Puck’s Signature Tortilla soup, my first thought was “this tastes like it came from a restaurant.”  Indeed, it was modeled after soups that Wolfgang Puck serves in his world-famous restaurants.

It has a very rich flavor from the spices, with a little kick (just a tiny one – don’t be scared).  Black beans, corn, red peppers, tomatoes, and onions are the bulk of this soup (as far as I can tell, it is vegan, but doesn’t say so on the can).  The soup is also organic.

The flavors blend wonderfully together, inviting you to relax and enjoy your meal.

A serving of the Signature Tortilla soup only has 160 calories.  But let’s be real.  Who only eats half a can?  Nobody I know does, at any rate.  So, if you eat the whole can, you get a little less than 320 calories and 7 grams of fat, but nearly 12 grams of fiber and 10 grams of protein.

Did you know that Wolfgang Puck has a number of gluten-free soups?  They even say so right on the front of the can.  I was excited to see them at Expo West and their giant sign that had “gluten free” on it, but was sad that I wasn’t able to try the soups then.  Thankfully, they found me online and sent me some.  They would like you to try them, too.

Really, click here 🙂

Print your coupon and give them a try, too.
