Delightfully Gluten Free (TM)

DDW 2011

It’s Cassandra again, for the moment.  I just wanted to pop in and let you know things are going well.  Today was the first day of the Digestive Disease Week exhibits.  We didn’t really get a lot of traffic down on “Foundation Row”, but perhaps it will pick up.  I got to speak to physicians and researchers from many different countries today, including Australia, Germany, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Russia, Brazil, and Belize, as they came to our booth.

Stacey Juhnke and I have had two great dinners.  I’ll tell you more about them when I get home (and have a more reliable internet connection – I’m cheap, so I’m currently just above the lobby, mooching off the free wifi).

Don’t forget to keep talking about Celiac Disease, Gluten Intolerance, and eating gluten-free to everyone around you.  It is National Celiac Awareness Month, after all!

I got scanned at the airport. :/
