Delightfully Gluten Free (TM)

Kosherfest

For those of you that are near the New Jersey area, Kosherfest ’12 is coming up soon.  There is a lecture on “Meeting the Special Needs of the Kosher Consumer,” part of which is about gluten-free.  Our house is VERY much looking forward to Passover because of the great variety of gluten-free (and soy- and corn-free!!) foods that are available during Passover.

The press release for Kosherfest ’12 is below, in case you are interested in finding out more.
