Dear KIND Healthy Grains Peanut Butter Whole Grain Clusters,
I think your label is a little misleading. It should read something along the lines of “Peanut Butter Cookies Masquerading as Whole Grains.” Seriously, I have a crush on you.
When I first opened my bag of KIND clusters, I thought “Yay! More granola!” I quickly realized this was more than just granola. Think about the granola that you ate before going gluten-free. Now take that and breed it with the best not-too-sweet peanut butter cookies. Now you have the KIND Peanut Butter Clusters.
You are happiness with your whole grains and protein. Your gluten-free greatness without fake stuff draws me to you like a magnet. You are so crunchy and tasty, even while swimming in milk (even tastier with almond milk). You make me think I’m eating cookies, but without so much guilt. I still have a hard time stopping myself, though.
I eat you like a snack, I eat you like a cereal, I eat you as a yogurt (or ice cream!!) topping… Yes, I would even eat you in a box and with a fox.
I wish you were with me right now as I crank out a paper, a presentation, and a myriad of other things for grad school. You would make this day so much better.
I was given samples on behalf of KIND to taste and possibly blog on. I did not share, and I have no shame.
