Cont. of comment above. Baked two testers out at 375 for 18 min and they turned out pretty well but a little soft in the center. Put the rest in the oven at 385 for 18 min and they turned out well. Hope this helps!
2 cups of GF bisquick
1 cup of milk
1 egg
1 cup of cheddar cheese
Pinch of pepper for a kick
-Used my measuring cup and filled the dough up to the 1/4 cup line. Makes 10 biscuits.

Your biscuits looked great, so I went to the store and picked up some GF bisquick mix. Tried 2 cups of bisquick mix, 1 cup of cheese, and 1/2 cup milk (instead of water), but it didn't form any type of a dough. Had to add an additional 1/2 of milk, and an egg till it became a soft dough. Testing them in the oven right now. Hope they turn out! Will be back for an update.

I just called the kitchens at Pampered Chef.. they have no current list of gluten free seasonings or spices.... I wish they did!! They had a list in 2010 and they never updated it but have introduced so many new sauces, seasonings, rubs, etc.

If you ever get up to the Northeast, 97lake in West Harrison NY has amazing GF onion rings (they use Estrella Beer for the batter). And they do the same thing, everyone gets the GF onion rings and GF fries - they only have a GF fryer! However, they make their own GF rolls and bread and bring in outside bread for those who don't want gluten free.

I *heart* Biaggi's - every time I have been there I have had a great experience. I have tried 2 of their GF Pizzas - the pepperoni & the Margarita, both were excellent. I also really enjoyed the Spinach Salad (no cheese) - the tomato bacon vinaigrette is divine.

It is nice to have a local Italian place that knows how to handle GF, and handle it well. I have also tried Macaroni Grill and was not impressed at all.

Hi Cassandra,
Thanks for getting the word out about our gluten-free food. We love seeing the smiles on our GF customers' faces when they realize they can have onion rings, bbq (we make our own fresh GF sauces and rubs) and gelato. BTW, your photos are beautiful!
