Thank you, Cynthia. NFCA and "gf, but not quite," do not mix at all. Your letter says it all very well.

I read with interest about Domino's GF pizza because my teenage son loved Domino's before his diagnosis at age 15. To hear that they are advertizing a GF pizza with known contamination AND that NFCA is endorsing this is unbelievable! It feels like a real slap in the face to everyone with celiac disease. Who do they think is going to eat this pizza?

Hey Elizabeth! I'm glad you said hi. I don't get on anymore, either.

Braden's not too worried about it, because he knows I will still make him plenty of awesome stuff to eat.

Hi Cassandra, long time no chat! I am glad that you are blogging again! Our house is currently gluten, corn, soy, potato, tapioca, and sesame free! Like you said, you will adjust and find plenty of food to eat! Mainly just popped in to say hi! :) PS: I don't get on the forum anymore, but thought I would include that in my name so you knew who it was commenting.

I love this article on celiac, gluten-free taking responsibility for their own disease & making it "about them" to shine and have their own supplies. More blogs like this need to be posted to educate celiacs, coeliacs. Thank you very much! :)

Replenishing your supply is a good thing! It means you're keeping an excellent "First in First Out" system to prevent everything from going bad without you realizing it! :)
