In case you didn’t see my tweet on Saturday, P.F. Chang’s launched a new gluten-free menu today.
A representative from P.F. Chang’s came to the North Texas Gluten Intolerance Group’s meeting, and brought a ton of lettuce wraps for us.
I love Chang’s lettuce wraps.
Well, if you’ve always gotten the same thing(s), now you can try something new. There are now BEEF entrees for the first time, and a total of 28 dishes on the gluten-free menu.
I haven’t had a chance to try any of the new dishes yet, but I love the Singapore Street Noodles and the Chocolate Dome. I just had some on my birthday last month (and I even used chopsticks for my whole plate of noodles, well, my half of the plate, anyways).
So,
Read on for the press release and new gf menu from P.F. Chang’s.

Let’s see what is my favorite… I’m thinking the GF Moo Goo Gai Pan is my all time favorite from the main dish menu, however I’m going to have to investigate these new beef dishes they sound amazing!
I loooove the spicy chicken. General Tso’s was always one of my favorite dishes growing up and this is a perfect replacement. My eyes water like I’m watching a sappy movie while I eat them, but yum, yum, yum!
Cassandra,
LOVE PF Changs….go out of my way to eat there. My favorites are the lettuce wraps, Philips Better Lemon Chicken (YUM) and we always have to have the chocolate dome!!! So glad they have added the new menu items!!!
My favorite is GF Ginger Chicken With Broccoli!! I have an egg allergy, too so they fix up!! 🙂 YUMMY!!!
PF Changs marinates all of their meat, except for the ground chicken, in egg. Be careful!
I don’t remember the rest. The chocolate cake made me smile!!!
Growing up (pre-gf) my fav Chinese dish was sweet & sour pork. At PF Changs I like the shrimp with lobster sauce, lettuce wraps, beef with broccoli (my new favorite dish-a must try! Sweet yet savory flavor) and of course the chocolate dome. They have a pear mojito that is pretty tasty for a pre dinner drink 🙂
Spinach with garlic and I usually order a side of brown rice.
Looking forward to our next visit. We live two hundred miles to closest P F Chang’s and it is well worth the trip.
We havent had the pleasure of going to PF Changs but my 3 year old daughter favorite dishis beef broccoli.. or chickin fried rice.. I REALY hope I do get the chance to take her there and try some of there dishes…
Unfortunately I have walked by this restaurant many times in downtown Seattle and have never had the chance to stop in, even though I know they are gluten-friendly. I would love the opportunity to try them out. The menu sounds amazing!
Love the Salmon! 2 yrs ago we ate at the KC Plaza one after a week of traveling without a good selection of GF and was starved! The manager took such good care of me, even had the lemon sauce made without corn because of additional allergy, and then wrote down exactly what I should ask for at any other PF Changs on the back of his card. His wife just happened to be a dietitian and he spent a lot of time at our table asking me a lot of questions. Would love the gift card to try their new menu when we travel for Easter and will surely find a PF Changs.
I’m a big fan of the Chang’s Spicy Chicken, but will be trying some of the new dishes. And I heart the lettuce wraps too!
Thanks for sharing and the giveaway!!
I love the Singapore Street Noodles & chocolate dome, too! I hope to branch out & try some of the new dishes really soon! The $25 would help! 😉 LOL!
Kim
I’m a big fan of the Lemon Scallops. Although most of it is just a prelude to a chocolate dome!
Yum! I really like the Singapore Street Noodles. Before I went GF I used to get the Kung Pao shrimp. I wish PF Changs would fix them up so I could eat them again.
I love anything spicy with crispy veggies!
I laove Egg Drop Soup. I have yet to go to to PF Changs so I would love to try out their soup. plus then I would try the lemon Chicken. YUM
I love the egg drop soup and the lettuce wraps. I also like the spicy chicken with brown rice. I’m very excited to try the Mongolian beef – that was my favorite dish at PF Chang’s pre-Celiac diagnosis. 🙂
Ginger Chicken and Broc is what I order most of the time post celiac at Chang’s. Spicy Chicken and eggplant were pre-celiac(still miss that meal) But I feel tears in my eyes and a lump in my throat reading this post….I am so excited about the expanded menu that we are going there on Friday night to eat.
Just occurred to me that you are in the DFW area too. We are in Grapevine. Glad to have found your blog. Diagnosed 2 years ago!! Still paving my way through this new life of eating:)
I love the Buddha’s feast, I would love to try the egg drop soup and fried rice though! 🙂
Chang’s spicy chicken and flourless chocolate dome are amazing! I am so excited that they have added beef dishes to the menu!
I’ve only been to PF Chang’s once and had the moo goo gai pan which was good, but I would LOVE to be able to try Mongolian Beef! Sounds exciting!!
I’m excited for more GF options at PF Chang’s. Maybe that will be enough to get dh to take me. It sounds like the flourless chocolate dome is a must try.
I have always loved potstickers, but don’t think we’ll be seeing a gf version for a long time. We really do enjoy spring rolls though.
From the GF menu I love the Chang’s spicy chicken and the Singapore Street Noodles. Before I had to be GF I loved the salt and pepper prawns. I miss those a lot.
Thanks,
Amy
I love the lettuce wraps!
Definitely Chang’s Spicy Chicken! It’s my favorite. 🙂
Ahhhh My favorite and my grandson’s favorite are the gluten free lettuce wraps at P. F. Changs. My grandson lives in a town that does not have a P. F. Changs – but Granny to the rescue. He calls and lets me know when he is coming to see us, that he wants to go eat “Lettuce Straps” At two, I guess that is what he thought we were ordering and at 3 the name has stuck with him. Would be delighted to receive the gift card and have a lunch date with my favorite “3” year old.
Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps with a side of rice…but the Singapore Street Noodles are good too!
Have never been, but excited to hear about the new menu!
P.F. Chang’s is a family favorite – and we have one person gluten intolerant and one with a tree nut allergy and we really appreciate the attention that PF Chang’s goes to so that our dining experience is wonderful! My favorite is the spareribs…
I love the Ginger Chicken!
Delicious=)
Gosh, it’s so hard to chose just one favorite, but I’ll go with Chang;s Spicy chicken–YUM!!
We have always gotten the gf lettuce wraps, gf egg drop soup (the bowl will feed an army), and gf molten cake. My daughter loves the food, but it is pretty pricey to go there more than once in a blue moon. 🙂
I’ve never eaten at PF Chang’s, but now that I know there’s a good GF menu, DH and I are going there for our anniversary March 17th. I can’t WAIT to have Chinese…mmmm…..
Wow – not only does PF Changs have a great gluten free menu with new additions – they have a prix fixe menu now F- with the soup, starter entree and dessert! FO YUMMO –
