Hi! I am a mother of 10 year old twins who recently got diagnosed with food allergies to egg and gluten. I tried making 3 different sandwhich breads and failed miserably. We are having an incredibly hard time transitioning. I am having an incredibly hard time making the change as well especially for school lunches, snacks. Any an all advice or a site I could visit would be wonderful.
Hello there. I just found your blog because I was looking to see if Roben Ryberg had a web site.
I was sent a few Gluten Free Cookbooks by Da Capo and Roben’s was one of them. I just recently did a review for her corn dog recipe, but today I made the cheese crackers.. OH MY!! These things are AMAZING. I saw you did a post back in 08 about them.
One thing I had an issue with was the stickiness. I had a hard time rolling them out ( i made the potato type ). But they were SOO good.
Look forward to start following your blog! Feel free to stop by mine.
