Hello Everyone,
I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for their kind words and support of yesterday’s post. Cassandra and I have been in a whirlwind the past day with the overwhelming response and support from you, please keep writing to Forbes in the hope of a retraction and an apology from that reporter.
On a different note, I am back tonight to discuss more Disney World Dining! One of my favorite aspects of Disney is that there are certain quick service locations where you can find gluten-free chicken tenders.
That’s right – I said chicken
Locations that carry the gluten-free chicken tenders vary from park to park, thus it is extremely important that you check out Disney’s Special Dietary Requests webpage and that you email – SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com and explain that you are planning on visiting WDW and are interested in a list of quick service locations that offer gluten-free items. A Walt Disney World representative will then email you with the most recent updated lists of what locations offer gluten-free items, as well as what items are offered at each location. This is the best way to know where to go for easy, quick, and kid or family friendly meals while you are in the parks.
To help manage our printed lists of gluten-free options, my husband and I took photographs of the lists with our digital camera and then used “zoom” function when viewing the photos when played back on the screen at any time. This was a quick and simple way to not have to carry around stacks of extra paper that could become lost when you are traveling through the parks.
Anyways, I hope everyone is staying safe from the unruly weather in certain parts of the country!
Till tomorrow!
Sara

Great tip on keeping organized, by using your camera. I can’t wait until my gluten-free DisneyWorld experience!
What restaurant (and in which park) did you get the gf breaded chicken fingers from? I got a list of foods from them but it didn’t mention them!
If they did not have it on the list, it is possible they no longer offer it.
