I have a thing for protein bars. Â Not only are they quick and easy to eat (no preparation is nice sometimes), but they also fuel me when I need it most. Â Take this coming summer, for example. Â The thought of teaching an hour and a half cycling class immediately followed by an hour and a half Pilates class has me ready to stuff my bag full of protein bars. Â 🙂

Oh I love eating half a protein bar before a workout and the other half for recovery…or today I ate a think thin bar in the grocery parking lot because I was starrrrrrving! Can’t grocery shop on an empty stomach! It’s nice to have a gluten free option available. I would love to try some of their other flavors.
There are so many times to have a protein bar… but my favorite is probably when I’m out on a really long bike ride and suddenly realize I’m starving!

My favorite time to have a protein bar is in the afternoon between work and taking my 2 dogs for their individual walk.
I like it any time of day but especially after a hard workout. I also like it on the run when I need a snack (like during my long nursing shifts!) and I need the added protein because I’m a veg weight lifter! Thanks for an awesome giveaway!

I love eating a protein bar on a road trip! It’s not always easy to find decent GF options when traveling, so I always have something on hand to make sure I can eat well!
