The 2008 GIG Annual Education Conference is coming to Texas! North Texas GIG is delighted to be your host this year.
Come join us for plenty of food, fun, friends, and knowledge (including the latest in medical advances and baking!).
Speakers like Dr. Alessio Fasano, Roben Ryberg, Annalise Roberts, Danna Korn, and Shelley Case will enlighten us with their knowledge (check out the brochure for others).
Gluten-free vendors love to come to the conference and share samples of their products with you. You can taste, you can buy, and this year you can ship it home, too.
I (and my volunteers from NTX GIG) will be selling books authored by our speakers (who don’t bring their own), including the soon-to-be released (long-awaited and highly anticipated) cookbook by Roben Ryberg.
Friday night will be the best Texas Hoedown ever! Fun, fun, fun (and of course, food, food, food) will be the goal of this night.
Support GIG Children’s Camps by coming to the Saturday night Helping Hands Around the World banquet. Bring your checkbook, too. There will be lots of great stuff in the auction, with all proceeds going to the children’s camps.
