This bar has 9 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein (with 5 grams of fat). Â The first two ingredients are soluble corn fiber and chicory root fiber. Â As such, you can imagine that it is a “fibrous” bar, and it is, in some ways. Â The inner layer is like a fiber festival. Â It tastes good, but it requires a little work to chew. Â It’s coated in a layer of chocolate, a smooth sweetness to balance out the bar. Â There’s a bit of “marbling” of the chocolate, with some more chewy spots much like a tootsie roll.
