I
I cannot stress enough that you should never ever ever allow your child’s gluten-free lifestyle (or anyone else’s) seem like a burden. Unfortunately, I knew a man who committed suicide because he thought that his celiac disease was a burden on his family. I know how it feels to have a loved one treat you that way. It is severely damaging!
I had looked at glutenfreely.com when it first launched. Back then (as I remember it), it was pretty much all about the General Mills products. It definitely is not now. They still talk about their products, but the “store” has quite a variety of gf brand names. The site also includes some basics about celiac disease, gluten intolerance, and living gluten-free.
Thanks, Danna, for speaking with us today!
