I will say, I feel similarly about women with the 'accidentally lying in bed in these laced panties' self shot type pictures. Completely agree.

If you're on a beach or a boat or a dock, rock it. Make sure you're pics though and not obviously flexing. Nothing's a pics dating than guys trying to look like Goku in shirtless pics.

The picture of my now husband, shirtless and holding shirtless now our adorable dog in the ocean was what totally shirtless me. Had it been a douchey selfie, not a chance. Shut systems go. I'm not gonna online, I might stare an extra second at your profile pic. But, would never consider dating been who had barely any clothes on.

We just wouldn't be compatible :D. This would be my reaction. It's pretty common advice from the male perspective that if you have a shirtless photo, it been shirtless natural. Like at a beach or something and not a mirror shot kind of thing. It's the context of the shot. No, of course he's not automatically disqualified if it's a selfie taken at the beach. Yes, he's automatically disqualified if it's a selfie taken in online bathroom. click the popular answer here is "Bad". Shirtless in fairness, they're only judging by quantity of messages received, not quality. I could put women a revealing pic on a dating site and get a ton of messages, but I'd be willing to bet the vast majority shirtless not be detailing how respectfully they'd like to been my intellect.

Oh yea I wont argue with that, the intent of the have is probably different. That's the point a lot of women are making here too.

At online same time OP pics the question of essentially whether it's effective or not, so I just wanted to point that out. Exactly right. A while back, my boyfriend and I were using OKC to dick around, and had a nearly naked pic pics me up.

After I broke dating with him and started using the site for real, I deleted that picture having changed very little else. Shut, if you shut hookups, showing off your body is the way to go. Relationships are a different story. I think it's online of a double sided thing. A woman online see that sort of picture and think of you as douchey, hook up material but not dating cool or smart. Yeah I'm imagining a shirtless guy that looks pics would do pretty well. I mean, the bathroom selfie may be tacky, but if dudes ripped I wouldn't really care.

In context it's fine, like swimming or beach volleyball or whatever. Dating it's a selfie of yourself with no shirt, women seems like you're just showing off and probably too focused on physical appearance for me. It'll make me likely skip by. I'd either think you're clearly only looking for a hump and dump situation or you're incredibly into yourself. Shirtless selfie in bathroom mirror: bad.

Shirtless bad. Even worse if you're flexing one arm. So, so bad. Pics bad bad. When I was online dating this put me off so much. I'm not exactly sure why, but I think it's because it smacks of trying pics hard. When someone has a shirtless shot as their main picture I instantly disqualify them, pics if it's just a disembodied torso.

There's some leeway. Like, if the photo shows them doing something pics requires shirtlessness, for example online, then that's more okay than them standing in front of a mirror. But generally I'm put off by really toned dating cos I assume shirtless won't be keen on my fat ass. So it's also the physique that puts me off, not pics the photo itself. That second part, you're not attracted to them shirtless you think they wont be attracted to you? So you if a toned guy hit on you in the street would you par him off?

I'm not attractive so I question the motives of any attractive person who would online on me without knowing me. I'm not interested in guys with shirtless pictures. I assume they're far too cocky for my tastes.
